Metal Laminated Panel

Decorative functional film, hot-bonded onto metal. Fire-rated core options from A2 to PE — for interiors that demand hygiene, scratch resistance and design freedom.

Metal laminated panel construction
Introduction

Substrate + Functional Decorative Film

Laminated metal composite panels use a metal / plastic composite board or pure metal sheet as the substrate, hot-bonded at the surface with decorative functional films — imported Korean PVDF film, plus PVC, PET and PP film options.

Base-free installation eliminates the need for a supporting substrate layer, cutting installation weight and time while keeping the surface flat and stable.

Installation

Two Mounting Systems

Gap joint system
System 01

Gap-Joint System

A modern installation structure: vertical and horizontal joints are formed with profiling, leaving a deliberate reveal between panels. Joint profiles can be filled in different colours to match the design — boards are not damaged during installation and the result is clean and architectural.

Flush joint system
System 02

Flush-Joint System

Concealed dedicated keel components assemble the fabricated panels into a seamless, tight-jointed wall. Panels can be perforated, supplied as A2-class composite, or finished with anti-bacterial coatings. Fast to install and simple to execute on site.
