FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Fire ratings, specifications, colors, OEM and ordering — the answers specifiers ask for most.

What is the difference between A2 and B1 fire ratings?

A2 (GB 8624 A2 / EN 13501-1 A2-s1,d0) is a nearly non-combustible grade: the mineral core contains no combustible polymer and produces minimal smoke and no flaming droplets. B1 is a flame-retardant grade: the core is formulated to resist flame spread and self-extinguish, but it remains technically combustible. High-rise facades and public buildings usually require A2 by code; B1 suits low-rise exteriors, interiors and signage.

What panel sizes and thicknesses are available?

Standard width is 1220 mm with lengths up to 5800 mm (custom lengths on request). Total thickness: 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 mm, with aluminum skin from 0.15 mm to 0.50 mm. Panels can be cut to project-specific sizes.

What surface finishes and colors can I choose from?

PVDF and PVC film finishes in 100+ standard colors: solid, metallic, wood grain, marble, brushed and mirror effects. Custom colors can be developed by matching your physical sample, and printed color cards are available on request.

Do you offer OEM or private-label service?

Yes. We support OEM brand printing, custom packaging and dedicated color development for qualified order volumes, with production protected under confidentiality.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Minimum order is typically 200–500 m² depending on color and specification. Standard colors ship 15–20 days after deposit; custom colors need 25–30 days for film development and trial production.

Which installation systems do you support?

Cassette (rainscreen) systems on aluminum sub-frames, open-joint and lap systems. We provide groove-and-fold fabrication parameters, sub-frame layout drawings and on-site installation guidance.

What certifications do your panels have?

Our A2 and B1 panels carry GB 8624 classification test reports and SGS testing. Full test documentation is provided with each shipment for project submission.

How do I get a quotation or samples?

Send your specification (thickness, color, quantity, destination port) to sales@combond.net or call +86 139 1531 0951. Quotations are returned within one business day; free sample panels are available with courier cost collected.

What warranty do you provide?

PVDF-finished panels carry up to 20 years of exterior color and film-adhesion warranty depending on the environment; interior applications carry an even longer service expectation.

Do you export? How are panels packed?

Yes. We export to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. Panels are surface-film protected and packed in export-worthy wooden pallets or plywood crates suitable for sea freight.
